I don't know about you, but sometimes it's the end of the day before I know it. This usually happens when I haven't followed the schedule that I had in place for myself. I had to come up with a daily plan to keep myself on track. Otherwise, I would sit down to work, and suddenly it was dinnertime. The day would start with good intentions, and then one small turn down that rabbit hole and the day was gone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

That's when I started putting into place a schedule for myself. I found that I had to be in charge and have a plan to follow each day. Without that plan, time just got away from me too quickly. I needed that plan to make the best use of my time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There is always talk about “how lucky” someone is. The “lucky ones” are usually perceived to have had an easier path to success. Nothing could be further from the truth. Please understand that those ‘lucky” people are always the ones that kept going when others would have given up. The “lucky” ones sacrificed some things today so that their tomorrows would be beyond their wildest dreams. Please remember that to be in that 1%, you will have to make sacrifices that will make your friends and family wonder why you’re doing it. Being a member of the 1% comes with sacrifices that, in the end, are worth more than any sacrifices that you might have made.
